The initial contact went very well and when the work was scheduled the workers did come on time. While the deck and masonry work were completed in a timely manner, the shed ramp was pieced together and missing the last cross piece at the bottom of the ramp. Then, apparently due to insufficient materials the corner was filled with concrete. It was installed unevenly and one of the ramp cross pieces cracked within a week or two. It was a section of the ramp that was pieced together. I have been calling and emailing for the past six months. Initially I got an email and a promise to fix it. The workers who were working for my neighbors came and looked at it and said they'dbe back the next day to fix it. That was in June. I have been unable to reach the contractor, Tom Isoldiviero...not even the courtesy of a return call or email. I am now going to have to go to small claims court to try to recover my money. I paid the bill in full the day the invoice arrived based on my confidence that he would keep his word....I won't make that mistake again. Feeling the ramp is unsafe, I am hiring another company to replace it.
