I do not recommend, I was told he would be b ack for my 1st service on my new generator and he never returned. He installed it and was paid and then bever gave the 1st service as promised.

Excellent customer service. Do your homework--his prices were fair on some things and very expensive on others. John is friendly and he and his staff are highly responsive. John worked well with my insurance company and also with the town. I would and am going to hire him again.

I had my capacitor on my central AC unit replaced by this company and was charged $620.55!! Highway robbery. Agreed to have this done only because I am battling cancer and did not want to wait until the next day with another company as it was extremely hot in my house. I will never use this company again.

Showed on time. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed the problem in no time.

John came personally to assess my plumbing issue b/c it was so challenging. He used great care in removing my deteriorated iron case waste pipe encased in cinder cement subflooring while keeping my bathroom tile floor intact when other plumbers were convinced they had to rip it up. While I did not enjoy the negotiation process on price, John was very liberal with his advice regarding our steam furnace and spent much time familiarizing us with it (our first home w/ radiator heat). Will consider this company when it comes time to service furnace and install central a/c

Although I was not charged for the service call the second time they came to my house, I still believe that they should have found out what really the problem was the first ime they showed to fix my AC.

The initial contact and subsequent meetings with John made us feel very secure that we were dealing with an experienced professional. Both bathrooms were done exactly as we visualized. All projects under John�s control were delivered on time (three weeks to gut & rebuild two bathrooms). The subs were great - it�s obvious they have worked long enough together to become a family. The crew coped with every unforeseen obstacle in our 60+ year old house with quiet professionalism. Cost overruns were minimal & very controlled. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, and we will be using John�s services for future projects.

John does not give up until a project is more than satisfactory. He is an intelligent man with lots of ideas and gets the job done.
