Fine Design

Jeff Fine has multiple companies that he uses to scam people.  He is not a craftsman nor a tiler. He did an addition for us that took over a year to complete and we fired him before completion because he refused to fix mistakes that were made. When we refused to pay anymore on the contract until existing work was fixed, he threatened to have his subcontractors put a lien on our house because he had not paid them. Even though we had paid him for work completed. All the work he did himself had to be redone correctly. He had to rip up the new hardwood floor in the kitchen because he did not level the sub floor. This caused cupping and bowing. He did not know how to use leveling compound to level the floor for laminate installation. He laid the office floor 5 times and could not get it right. We had to buy more flooring because it was re-installed too many times. We had a bathroom gutted and Jeff installed a whole new bathroom. What a disaster. The tub would move when you stepped into it The tiles were installed like a bad jigsaw puzzle. He vented the bathroom exhaust fan into the attic not though the roof as required.
