CABLEVISION INDUSTRIES

My experience with cablevision (warren NJ) was very good. My initial phone call was answered promptly and they were very nice to deal with. I initially had them come out and install just internet and phone, they arrived on time, they called me about an hour in advance as they indicated and thier work was neat and thorough. The technician was informative about the installation and how the system worked. Later I decided to have them come out and hook up the cable for tv. Again my phone call was answered promptly, they were able to schedule me for installtion within a couple of days and they offered me their 3 way package deal. They could very well have said we have to charge you seperately but did not. They sent out a different technician and he was great. The previous homeowners had made a real mess of the cable lines coming into the house, he took out all the old lines, installed all new lines, made sure everything was very neat and tidy and he made sure the system was grounded and working properly. Since then we have had no difficulties with the phone, internet or the tv, so I am very satisfied not only with the installation but the continuing subscription. They charged me $19.95 for the installation, and they did charge me for the 2 seperate calls, and I was fine with that. They also went over what all the charges I would expect to see on my bill including taxes and fees, so there were no 'surprises' when I recieved my bill.
