Very pleasant experience. This salon is buzzing with clients but is on time with appointments and treats each customer like they are special. This time I only needed a cut but had color with Jerry my previous visit. I loved the color and both cuts.

When making my appointment, a super nice woman asked me lots of questions about my hair, goals, etc. so she could choose the appropriate stylist for me. She set me up with Jerry, who turned out to be a perfect match for my needs. He understood every single request and asked questions to be certain he knew just what I wanted. I can honestly say this was the very best haircut I've had in years. My husband agrees 100%!! Jerry took my requests very seriously and far exceeded my expectations. Because I have multiple chemical sensitivities, he very graciously didn't use a single styling product, at my request (even using my own shampoo), and made my hair look absolutely runway ready.
Though the salon itself is beautifully designed and decorated and all the staff members are smartly dressed, there is a sense of ease and relaxation. You can feel quite comfortable dressing up or down for this salon setting.
All of the employees, from my initial call to the final check out process, were kind, personable, and professional.

I think Bellezza Salon and Spa is just a pleasant place to be. There are friendly people there and she has quite a few hairstylist. I've used Jocelyn for maybe 5 years now because the person I had before moved away. She listens to what you want and discusses your hair type and if you think that you might like a style she'll suggest that you could try it or might tell you it's more maintenance than you expect. She's a very, very, nice person too. I don't do coloring or anything so I don't know how they are with that, but it's a good haircut every time.
