I thought that the owner of the business, Allen, was very personable, knowledgeable, and a good communicator.

The whole process took about 5 or 6 months. 80% went well. 20% needed to be repeated because something wasn't done right. Overall, he was very responsible and tried to fix things as much as possible.

Are there adjectives that can exceed fabulous---excellent. These are the best descriptions I am able to use to convey my experience with Allan Pincus. When I met him initially, I knew he had it together and knew his stuff. He is a graduate engineer of one of America's finest engineering schools, he is able to interpolate ideas, design and execute construction and do it within budget. He designed and satisfied my expectations for my nephew's family room. If I did it myself, I could not have done finer and I'm successful because I deliver the best. Allan's people broke ground, set and poured a foundation, did all the rough in framing carpentry, sheet rocked, installed windows and doors, installed a full powder room, did plumbing, set toilet and sink, did the interior design with paint colors, tile selection. laid ceramic tile, did all electric and plumbing work, designed lighting with theatrical dimming. The only thing he left out were movie stars at my nephew's opening celebration.
