He explained everything (sometimes twice) so we could understand. They were honest, up front, and were able to fix the flue liner and install flashing same day (yes, I learned new words today!). Everything they installed in under warranty with a service guarantee. We will definitely be using them for future chimney cleaning. Loved the inspection report with the pictures as well! Big plus!"

FP and $150 for Franklin stove, the prices were OK but then all of a sudden the price jumped up to $3,900. to have the bricks replaced etc. that really annoyed me as I only wanted the chimneys cleaned. Also I didn't realize there were two guys working until it was too late. One guy came in to get my signature I asked him if he did all the work, he said yes, so I gave him a $5.00 tip. Then as they pulled out I say the young man who really did the chimney sweep, but it was too late, they were pulling out of my driveway. Now that REALLY annoyed me..."
