The experience so far as been good. They came out when we asked them to. The engineer came out and drew up a plan and had an estimate within a week. They were very responsive and professional. We will be using them for the project.

In selling our house we were told that the Leach system needed replacing. We first called the recommended company and were told $27,000 which was only for the Leach, later we found out the Septic tank itself would need replacing which would be an additional $3000 to $4000. Faced with a bill for over $30,000 and not having it or clearing enough in a home sale we started searching around. We found Dirtworx from Angie's list and called them. Our original quote from the first company included $6000 for a retaining wall. Dirtworx worked with the engineer to come up with a more reasonable design. His original quote, before we were told we needed a Septic tank only a Leach system was $13,500. Once the county said we needed to replace the Septic tank, at a cost of an additional $4000, Dirtworx gave it to us at cost, $2500. 1 extra item during the project of $400 brought the total to $16,400. The original contractor, that and quot;everyone recommendedand quot; would have come to $31,400 after septic and extras or more

.

The yard came out great, Bill of Dirtworx came up with ideas the engineer had not and saved us money and improved the look. They stayed in constant contact with us, did the work quickly, neatly and half of the original company's quote. We were able to speak to Lisa or Bill of Dirtworx in the evening to get and give information with no problem thughout the project.

I don't ever want to go thru this again, but if I did, I would only call Dirtworx and suggest you do the same!

The septic system on my property needed to be replaced. I called around last year to get estimates. DirtWorx gave me the best price, so this year I contacted them to do the job. They were timely, did excellent work, and gave me some tips-such as getting a metal lid rather than concrete {to avoid breakage}. DirtWorx was also as careful as possible to do the least amount of damage to the shrubs and such near the tank location-the other contractors had told me that to do the job, they would have to rip all the shrubs out. When done, they graded the front yard for me, since it had been a bit torn up by the work. I am very happy with their work, and would willingly recommend them.
