 + -1 moreProviders estimator was a no show, and no courtesy call. I called provider at 2pm, their response was "i dont know what to tell you". They said they had tried to reach the estimator but were unable to contact him all day. First impressions are everything and this company put forth an unreliable and unprofessional one. I wont be working with this company.
Description of Work: Provider scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 1pm on July 11

Description of Work: I had my driveway widened and repaired. Did a great job. Due to a frost, a crack formed and I called the owner many times. He said he was in the area working on other jobs and it would get done. This was back in March. I since had called again and he was annoyed with me and then nothing. I called again and left several messages and he finally got back to me after I complained to the BBB and here on Angie's List. I also posted on facebook and asked all of my friends to share on their walls which they did. Eventually someone will know someone. Overall he did a great job but once a repair came into the equation nothing got done. They do great work but to me, once the initial job is done, they can't be bothered. |It's hard to say if I would use this provider, to be honest, I probably would but let's get this crack fixed before it becomes a bigger job.

 + 0 moreVery nice experience. Returned my call and arranged to come for an estimate very quickly. Was very thorough in explaining exactly what nneded to be done and what some of the issues (grade and drainage) would be. Explained that his price might be more than others I might contact because of the travel distance, but came in equal to others. Was very accomodating in scheduling the work around our schedule, ripping out the old driveway and putting in thestone base while we were out of town. Did exactly what he said he would do, cleaned up thoroughly and left everything in great shape.
Description of Work: Replaced an existing asphalt driveway, approximately 950 sq. ft. Removed existing asphalt and concrete garage apron, provided new stone base and new asphalt.
