Excellent, very happy now.

They did wonderful job. The plumber Scott was very polite and nice person. This is second time I hired them and definately will hire again. The price was affordable compaire other plumbers. They did not charge for the estimate like other plumbers do. I got the estimate over the phone after sending the pictures of the old water heater to Mike.

Arrived on time and was very efficient.

I've used Total for all of my plumbing and heating work since I bought my house back in 2008. They are extremely responsive and always professional. They did a great job installing a new boiler and radiator, have installed a new washer and gas dryer (with vent), replaced a toilet, I use them for regular preventive maintenance (boiler winterization and sewer line snaking) and of course with an older house there is also the occasional repair. Scott handles most of my calls, he is fantastic but they all are great. Highly recommend them. For this specific call, I called the office a little after noon and Scott was here and had my heat fixed just a few hours later.

Total Plumbing was top notch from the first phone call to the completion of the job. Plumber (Scott) was at my location within the hour and provided above and beyond service. He was not going to give up till he found the problem and he did. I would definetly use this provider in the future.

Professional service and quick response

They were really, really good and very reasonable. They offered me good advice on what type of bathroom supplies to use to keep my sewage from backing up. He also advised me to stay away from liquid plumbing cleaners as continued use, can lead to the damage of your drains.

It went very well. They were very detailed with their estimates. They came on time and explained everything that they were going to do and why. The only thing they didn't do was take care of the permits, which I had to pay for.
