Description of Work: Irene came over to my house for an estimate, we agreed on the price and the date. On the she was supposed to come I texted her at 8:00 a.m. and asked what time she was planning to come, she said 10:00 a.m. She has never showed up at 10:00 a.m. I've texted her around 11:30 a.m. And left a voice mail around 1:00 p.m, but she'd never got back to me. Very disappointing!
