The job was performed quickly and on time as scheduled.

Steve was very punctual and did an excellent job cleaning.  The grout in my kitchen was black and now it has it's original color-bone. He was also very honest and reported to me he would not be able to clean the grout in one of my bathrooms due to it having mold behind the grout which would make it very difficult to make a visible difference.  I will definitely higher him again in the future.

It was very nice of them to accept my urgent request and came right away.

The owner, Steve, did an exceptional job for the money!  He was VERY knowledgeable about rugs, carpet, etc.  Spent time explaining options for repairs needed to wool rug.  Did not sense he was trying to make $ at all.  The price was more than fair and the quality was simply amazing--couldn't believe they were the same rugs.  I would not hesitate to use him again sometime.  He really KNOWS about cleaning/repairing high quality rugs!

They were very friendly and prompt. They were professional, clean, and extremely careful in protecting the adjacent hardwood floor. The floor looked like it was sparkling brand new when they were finished.

They measured the entire cleaning surface and showed me the calculation and the final cost before cleaning.
The result was outstanding. I used at least six cleaning crews and no one came any close to their performance.

I called to schedule an estimate.  They came over and actually performed the work the same day!  I would recommend them.  Only thing to note is that they had to use an outside water source., which they connected to their truck.  They then had a hose running through the house up the stairs to the rooms that needed to be cleaned.

We called several cleaning services. They were willing to match the price. They came at the promised time, very nice, clean and polite gentlemen. We went over details that we had discussed over the phone. Then they measured the entire rooms' floor to be cleaned and made sure that my calculation was pretty accurate and honest one. I asked them to seal the tile floor's grout as well, which was an additional cost. DO this! it's worth it. Their car was fully equipped and they just brought in the hose and the cleaning head. This is so much better than other cleaning services that we used in the past, who brought a bulky machinery inside the house and used bathroom to supply clean water and dump dirty water. Tough stains were manually removed before the machine head was applied. They set the high standard of the industry and I hope the rest will follow their level of professionalism. I will use their service only from now on and would strongly recommend them. You will never regret it.
