Andrew returned my call quickly, came out to visually inspect the roof on 20 Nov 2017, and said he'd follow up with an estimate. A week later, I emailed and asked if they maybe had sent an estimate to the wrong email address or phone number. Carrie, in the office, asked who did my inspection and said she'd try to get a proposal out that day. I followed up again another week later. It took until 14 Dec 2017 to receive the estimate. They stated that hidden punctures would need to be repaired by dismantling an area of the roof at a cost of $1110. I spoke with another roofer that was able to resolve the issue with a quick and inexpensive repair.

the first time I had them out everything went well no problems was happy with work and price then I had a leak somewhere else on the roof called them 7 times and Noone ever came out to give me estimate told me 3 different times they lost my number very unprofessional
