They never called back to schedule the service!
Description of Work: I have used this company in the past and was always satisfied. I had not used my pool in several years and wanted to restart, clean, and do general pool maintenance. I spoke to a receptionist twice in three days requesting a service call and never even got a return phone call. After being a customer for at least 5 consecutive years I would have appreciated a call.
