Krystal Clean Office & House Cleaning Service

I have used Krystal Clean for over 15 years. Jim and Erin and their crew have provided stellar service for our home as well as our rental properties. They are conscientious, reliable, flexible, fair, and trustworthy (have had a key to my house for many years.) I have recommended them personally to at least 10 families in our area who still use them. (I think they have my whole block on their list.)

Everything has been great to date.  Jim has provided specific timing of when to expect the team to arrive and has been on time.  The work they have done has been very good and efficient.

Not great, lots of ladies showed up and quickly, too quickly, rushed through the house. We've had cleaning people for about 6 years and this crew just did not provide a level of detail that we are used to. It seemed like their goal was to get in and out as absolutely quickly as possible to get to the next job.

IT DIDN'T.

I can always count on Krystal Clean to arrive at my home on time and to do a great job cleaning my house. The owner is very responsive to day of service communications such as e-mails or phone calls. The owner is on site will the staff in my home at all times. The cleaning staff is thorough and takes special care with all my home furnishings and furniture. The rates are very reasonable for my area. I enthusiastically recommend Krystal Clean.

From the moment this company showed up it was all business. The cleaners went right to work as if they had done my house before.  I spoke with the supervisor who went over details with me including issues concerning my elderly father.  I was so impressed with the level of care and extent of how much they clean. Due to the fact they only come to my area every other week the price is a little more but I have to admit they are truly worth it.  I would highley reccomend this company.  You will never go back to using the individual cleaning lady again after you experience this cleaning team.

We?ve been using Krystal Clean twice monthly for over 7 years and are very pleased with their services. The company has been extremely reliable and always arrives within the timeframe given in advance. We prefer to vacate the house during the cleaning, and feel comfortable doing so. On the only occasion that something was broken, the company apologized and offered to pay for the repair. We believe the fees are fair. No way do we want to go back to cleaning the house ourselves

I  have been using Krystal clean for a few months and have been very happy with their service. They always show before they come and they do a great job. Jim comes to every appointment with a crew that cleans the house in approximately 1 hour and is always accessible for any special requests, concerns etc. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I filled in the form on the providers website seeking an estimate. After doing so I quickly received an email stating that there was a 30-60 day waiting period / wait list before any services could be performed. That was not a problem - the problem was the owners message was terse and disrespectful. Not even a salutation, an explanation or reasoning - just a brusk half-hearted reply that sent a very clear message that just stayed short of saying that our business wasnt worth his time.

I replied kindly stating that the wait want a problem but would like an estimate for price comparison. I again received a disregarding reply claiming that it would cost $210 to clean my 900 Sq ft condo. The price was based on no inspection of the premises or any reasonable data. It was an absurd number that was well beyond market value pulled right from the owners but in an attempt to get rid of what was clearly small business.

Unfortunately, it was an awful experience.  I spoke with the owner, James, who said the company would get back to me in 24 hours, but I had to call them back when they hadn't followed up 48 hours later.  At this point, they bluntly stated that they had sent an email to me and that there were no openings in my area at that time.  This is untrue because they neither asked for my email nor did I provide it to them, and I saw no emails from the company in my inbox or spam folder.  Ultimately, I found the entire situation to be very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

I began using this service in July 2013.  A crew of approximately 4 workers and James the owner arrived within the time period stated.  I use the service every two weeks.  The day before the scheduled cleaning day I receive an email from James with a 2 hour window of when the crew will arrive.  James and the crew normally arrive within that period.  The one time they were running a little late I received a text message to give me a heads up.  They do a good job of cleaning the house.  If I need to contact James with any concerns he is very responsive and makes sure they are addressed.

The technicians are thorough, professional and courteous. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry. They do what they say they are going to do and they are extremely reliable and do a great job. Even my husband noticed that they were doing a good job. The owner is always accessible if I have a question or concern.

They explained that they would have someone get back with me in regards to get a time scheduled but I never heard from anyone and no one returned my call.

JIm and his team are professional, quick, its like a high-powered team that comes in to do the cleaning. He is always responsive, fair pricing, best cleaning we have had in a LONG time. Thanks Jim!
