DUCTZ did an outstanding job. Four men, during four hours, thoroughly cleaned every duct with air pressured tools. They took apart the blower motor and returned it to a pristine condition. This is the real deal.

Very unprofessional. When they were rerouting the dryer duct they left a gaping hole in my wall and refused to fix it. They stated that they did not do drywall. The hole is approximately 1'x8" wide and is big enough to where critters can now come inside my home... bees, insects, etc. I am very dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism and would definitely not recommend them to others. When I called the manager, he told me the same thing, that they did not do drywall, then said they would fix it, but said they would have to charge me. This was a error on their part and I feel that I shouldn't have to pay them to plug up the hole that they created. *Update* They are still refusing to corporate with me unless I pay an additional $150 for the repair. Now they will not return my calls.

Tom (the installer) was great. It was a tough job (not near an outside wall and he had to cut through some thick flooring and tile).

Things went well, 2 guys were here most of the day to do the two systems. They were expensive, but thorough, and afterward I could tell the difference, there was less dust in the house and the smell of sawdust was gone.

Came on time, did the job quickly yet effectively. The next day, my dryer completed a heavy load of towels within 40 minutes -- and a week before Ductz, it took almost 90 minutes to do that!

Everything was great. I did not have any dislikes. They were prompt and efficient. They did a very good job. We had a problem with one duct that they were able to identify for us and other than that, I was very satisfied with them. My home is about 1,200 square-feet including all the air ducts in my entire home. We definitely priced other companies and they are the most reasonable.

The service was fine. They did the job that they came to do. The person was nice, and friendly. He explained what he was doing, and it was done to my satisfaction. The price was a little higher than I expected.

Everything went smooths from beginning to end. The person who took my initial call was very professional and helpful.
I got a free, solid quote that they honored when they came to my house. There weren't any hidden charges.
I have a 2-zone HVAC.
The workers were on time for the appointment and took care when walking around and working in my house. They put drop clothes down and corner guards out to protect my walls and floor from possible scuff marks. Two men; Tommy and Mike, were very nice and were hard workers. They took my vent covers off and scrubbed each one down with a hose and cleaner. The cleaned behind, under and inside my dryer as well as the pipe going out to my vent dryer. They vacuumed work areas where needed too.
I was very happy. They were there for appx. 4-1/2 hours.
