The whole process with Trinity Solar was amazing. From the initial sales consultation with George, through installation, to the system being turned on and generating power, Trinity communicated extremely well and followed through with everything they promised. I didn’t pay a penny for installation, they took care of permits, installation, inspections, everything. They also moved up my installation date to an earlier date, which is unheard of. The crews were all very professional, worked clean and neat, and were safety minded. I’ve never seen a company have their safety manager visit the project and ensure all workers were complying with safety. I would highly recommend Trinity Solar!! 100%

Nightmare . Company is in chaos. The paperwork had to be done over and over again, over a dozen time over the course of a year. They kept screwing up. It was unbelievable They sold me solar panels they did not have and could not get So after redoing the contracts several times we had to start from scratch. The nightmare started over again. The panels I got were a lower power output from the originals When the electrician showed to Chang the electrical panel, he brought the wrong one. After making arrangement to have true power off for the day and have someone present he was not able to install the panel. I had to reschedule and make the arrangements again to be without power for the day and have someone present for the day. When he did install he ripped down the wall and left the mess in my garage. The trash can was 10 feet away. He left the wall bare and did not repair it after the damage. There were so Many delays the install took almost 4 months to do just 4 days of work. After the install was complete it was over another two months to go online to to their continued screw ups in their office. I contracted in March and did not go online until September. I missed the benefit of the summer sun costing me about $500 in electric that should have been gerated. It is nearly 18 months later and I am still Being harassed The contract was fully financed. They keep making up numbers they feel they are owed and refuse to provide any documentation. Save yourself a huge headache and stay away from Trinity Solar

They clearly know what they're doing. They are one of the biggest in New Jersey. They have a huge warehouse close by that is full of the panels down there so they are able to do really good pricing. So far so good, the pricing seems to be right where it should be. They have a relationship with an organization in California called One Block Off The Grid which is really cool because you can use their website and you can find your roof and you click on a picture of your roof and they give you a quote immediately and then they forward the quote to Trinity so they have been easy to deal with.
