The owner came to my house after I complained about the shoddy installation and threatened to file consumer complaints. He admitted the post holes should have been filled in with stones and dirt to correct the instability of the posts. I wanted concrete poured into the hole, which he refused to do.
To correct the poor installation, the post should have been removed and the holes filled properly with at least stone (to allow for shifting), and he refused to do that. Instead, he said they would pour stone in and around the posts with them already in place. This made the posts slightly better but not correct. The fence was also warped in many places and the owner replaced some, but refused to replace all the bad fence panels.
Five years later the fence is separating from the posts in places and the warped areas of the fence look horrible. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
