My experience with this company could not have gone any better. They were very professional from the moment I called. The inspector came out when they said he would. He explained eveything to me so that I understood it. He gave me a fully detailed proposal right on the spot and answered all of my questions. After getting 2 other estimates, we knew that Healthy Way was the best choice. Boy were we right! The crew came on time and walked me through everything that they were going to do. They were very clean and when they left they would always let me know. The job took 3 days and then a few days later they started the remodeling. WOW is all I can say. The crew that came to our house did an amazing job. We now a have dry, mold-free basement that we spend ALOT of time in.

Overall the work was performed and seems to do its job. Although there were a number of starts and stops the work was performed very well.

I spent about $2000 for their services. They were prompt and explained to me exactly what was going to be done. It was a good presentation. They gave me an estimate within an hour. If needed, I would use them again.

I didn’t like their price. So, that was pretty much the problem. I don’t remember the price they quoted.

The person they sent out arrived on time and I showed him the area in my living room where I thought I may have some mold behind the drywall. He took a quick look and said there was definitely a mold issue there. I then brought him into the basement and looked at an area that was approximately below the area upstairs with the mold and said he saw evidence of water damage (he didn't elaborate and I didn't see anything at all). He seemed like he was in a hurry. We went back upstairs, and before he even told me how much it would cost to do the testing, he was already taking his petri dishes out of his little suitcase to get a sample. I asked him how much it would cost and he told me, and I told him I didn't want to do the testing just yet because I wanted to find out if my insurance would pay for it. He got a visibly annoyed look on his face. He gave me his card, and turned his back on me and walked out as I was trying to thank him for his time! If you offer "a free no obligation inspection and price quote", then you should come out and do that, courteously. Do not expect that a person is going to shell out hundreds of dollars without even having a minute to think about it.

This was definitely the best experience I have had with a contractor. From the time we called to schedule an inspection, Healthy Way was very professional. Our inspector who happened to be the owner, Robert Lanfrank, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We had gotten 3 other estimates before them and Robert was heads above the rest. The crew arrived on time every day and were very clean and courteous too. The job took 4 days, as expected, and they made it as painless as possible. After they completed the water and mold remediation, their carpenter came in to install new insulation and sheetrock. He did an excellent job. When the work was fully completed all we had to do was get new carpeting installed. The basement looked better and cleaner than it did before they had started. The work has been completed for over a year now and our basement has been bone dry even with all of the rain we have gotten lately. Also, my children's respiratory issues have improved tenfold. I didn't believe that we had that bad of a mold issue but it's obvious to me now that we did. I can't thank Healthy Way enough for giving us some peace of mind about the health of our children and our home. I have recommended them to 2 friends who have used them and they are as happy as us with their services.
