For over thirty years we've been the premier pool installers (specializing in one-piece fiberglass pools and spas) and service company in Northern New Jersey as well as New York's Rockland County. Marc Brown is a knowledgeable and honest man, a rare combination today. He fixes when it is reasonable, replaces only when necessary, and stands behind his work. He delivers what he promises, is considerate of the emergency timing of some pool repairs, extremely knowledgeable about pool chemistry and happy to share that knowledge. His rates are reasonable. I don't know of anyone in northern NJ who will take as good care of your pool.

They have opened, closed, and repaired for us for about 20 years.  You could not work with more knowledgeable, decent, responsible, and nice people.  Our pool is 40 years old and so I have worked with other companies.  No one has come close to their chemical and technical and practical knowledge, experience, and high quality.  They do not suggest repairs frivolously as some companies do.  If a repair can wait another year, they tell us to wait.

Service was very professional and they arrived at the exact time which they said they would be there.  Were Your Pool Service identified and fixed the issue in my hot tub- was able to provide a replacement part and now its working!  Most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves.  I would recommend this company to anyone who has a hot tub or pool!
