This is a add on review to my first review - at the point in time, Sauchuk Industries has walked off the job not even half completed the job. The company walked off with our thousands of dollars of money paid to them in advance, not so much a phone call or message - they never came back. Talked with two other families who experienced the same and legal action in the works.

The job started off fine. Brent was very professional at the beginning of our project. He showed up to do an estimate and his crew was able to start within the week. The demo was messy, but that is to be expected. After a quick demo the project drug on for a few weeks with what felt like very little progress each day. He has a small crew of 2 people, one of whom clearly had little to no construction experience, so we basically had a crew of 1. Their work was sloppy and full of mistakes. They damaged the units below us with a plumbing mistake, ruined our original wood floors by being careless, did a sloppy drywall job and tile work. It was so bad we ended up cutting it short and finishing the work ourselves and with the help of another contractor. I heard he didn't pay some of the people he used including the plumber. I would not use Sauchuk Industries for your remodel.
