I never write reviews but I feel I need to on this one. The 3 guys that came to move my piano were very nice but not competent. There are MANY scrapes on my antique piano and they actually knocked the ivory off one of the keys. More than once, I was so afraid they were going to drop it and do even more damage. Very unhappy. Also one of the guys kept dropping the f-bomb during the move while I was standing next to him. Not very professional.any I wish I went with another moving company. Look at my photos. Those are deep digs into the wood that were done during the move. Not good. :(

We needed an upright piano to be moved 22 miles, from Union County to Essex County. Excellent communication with Mike. The three-man crew was very careful and extremely efficient with removing, transporting, and positioning our piano - we're very pleased and very impressed with this company!

They come right on time, was very careful covering the floors/stairs of the house, as well as the piano. The piano was nicely covered in the van, and fastened with double belts to the side of the van to avoid shaking during the transportation. Everything went smoothly and very professional. Very satisfied.

Since it was an eBay purchase, time was a factor. They were top notch in every way. We left a generous tip because they deserved it! Their communication was excellent and they helped us to move a big sofa bed into our garage.I am thrilled!!!

They did a great job! They were on time, Very fair price, careful with the piano, courtesy, and generally very professional. We have a stone walkway where you can not role a "dolly" so they put extra planks and covers down to protect my landscaping as well as the piano itself. Would use them again...

They did a great job! Moved the piano very quickly. Placed it exactly where I wanted it. They made sure I was happy with everything. It was not an easy move. Lots of stairs and tight turns. They did great.

They called earlier than expected but I was able to get them into the home with the pool table to be moved. They went right to work, did a fine job disassembling and getting onto a truck with liftgate. Followed me home and put in place. Measured placement before work, leveled the pool table, and left it ready for refelting. Also gave me name of someone to do refelting work and an invoice.

Very quick, professional, efficient piano movers. Did a good job. Were careful not to damage piano, walls, doorjams, or other furniture. Would recommend them to anyone.

Three men from MMS arrived early and handle everything carefully. It took all three men to manhandle the cabinet up the narrow steps to the second floor apartment. They handled the task very professionally.

The move went smoothly from point of origin to delivery location, without a glitch! Would use them again!

It was perfect! MMS was able to arrange the move at a time that was convenient for both me the shipper and the receiver. On the day of the move, they made sure to keep me well-informed about what time they would arrive. The movers were very pleasant, courteous and efficient when they picked up the piano from me and the person who received the piano had the same experience when they brought it into her house and placed it in the right spot for her.

The two men the company sent were pleasant, careful, and made a few excellent suggestions that we hadn't thought about. The price was WAY lower than others I called, and they got the job done according to my schedule, which was wonderful.

This was top-notch service. I called Patrick because another piano mover had tried to increase his price 250% the day prior to a scheduled move and I was totally left in the lurch. Patrick showed up on time and did a great job. The piano is fine, they cleaned up everything when they left and they were very professional. I would recommend Patrick to anybody who needs a piano moved.

I had originally hired another firm, but they canceled at the last minute and never called back. I found MMS on this list and called. I received an immediate callback at 9:30 on a Friday night. They were more than willing to accommodate the fact that I work from home. We decided on Monday at 8 a.m. I was unhappily surprised that they did not show up as planned. After leaving a message, I heard back at 9:30. They were very apologetic and said that one of their worker's car broke down and the owner didn't have my number with him, as he hadn't gotten into the office yet. We made new arrangements for the next day. I'm happy to say that they came right on time, were extremely apologetic about the prior day, and did a fabulous job with the move. They came in at the exact estimate price of $170; however, due to the heaviness and awkwardness of the furniture, I decided to give them $200. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. They really do care about their business; in fact, the owner was one of the movers.
