Great experience.

Lily Maids really helped our agency out when we were in a bind.  We recently had a kitchen/window remodel of one of our houses.  To our dismay there was Spackle dust all over the house and we had people moving in at the end of the week.  We called dozens of cleaning services who were either unavailable because it was the week before mother's day, quoted an extremely outrageous amount of money for the job, or just refused to take the job after seeing the house.  Not only was the owner of Lily Maids extremely knowledgeable about how to handle this type of job, but she was able to schedule 2 ladies to come the very next day.  The ladies spent about 3 hours at the house cleaning until the surfaces were spotless. Not only was the price extremely affordable but the work that was done was fantastic.  We had a wonderful experience with this company and we would definitely use them again in the future!!

Wouldn't use again.

They are here for an hour. 2-3 people usually. They did bad work. They wouldn't do simple things, like getting dust under the bed, doing window sills and trim etc. Initially the house was very dirty and had been neglected. They started in January. Whenever I pointed things out for them to do they neglected to follow through. They recently ruined one of my rugs and refused to take responsibility for the damage. After one visit they left and the house smelled terrible. It turns out the bag for their vacuum was full and was spreading dirt around. They admitted their wrong-doing, and said I should spray air freshener. Meanwhile I had to vacuum myself. I called to complain, she tried to put me on hold, I told her not to bother, that I was going to cancel, to which she replied, "Oh good, Thank you!"
