It was our first home and had no idea on what needs to be checked as part of the inspection. We found Home Inspections by Gary, Inc. from Angie's List but there weren't many reviews on him, and as a result, we weren't entirely sure what we were getting. But we needed a home inspection report ASAP to proceed with a home purchase offer. Our concerns were quickly eased when we spent nearly 5 hours with Gary as he dissected every aspect of the home we wish to buy. Gary left no stone unturned, and quickly produced a very comprehensive report that really helped us know what we are getting ourselves into with this house. He is very knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and friendly. After the inspection, he followed up with us multiple times to make sure we had all the information we needed and always got back to us in a timely manner with our questions. We highly recommended!
