It was difficult to schedule an appointment (they were very busy at the start of summer).  But, when they were able to come, they quickly pinpointed the problem (fuses blew), then went on to check the house circuit breakers looking for a possible cause of the fuses blowing.  They determined that the circuit breaker was set up for a higher amperage than the fuses of the air-conditioning compressor. They also fixed some badly done duct connections to the air-handling unit. They were very fast and efficient.  Most importantly, because they were so accurate, they saved me from buying a replacement compressor, which another provider had been telling me to do for over 20 times the cost of the actual fix by Generation III.

Everything went very well.  I have used Generation III in the past for my heating maintenance and plumbing issues in the past.  They are always clean, professional and on time.  
They were able to fit me in a week ahead of my scheduled appointment!

We have used Generation III repeatedly for over 10 years. They installed the heating system and sump pump in our old house, as well as minor plumbing issues. All work is done to perfection as if Jerry is doing work in his own home. He answers all questions before the job starts, so you can relax and have total confidence that the job is being done right the first time. We always use Jerry!

Generation III did a fine job. They installed everything correctly and everything works perfectly. The workers were also very nice and friendly. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
