Having never used CertaPro before, I was very pleasantly surprised by how good the CertaPro painters were. They were exceptionally courteous, professional, and neat! They were extremely easy to work with, and went out of their way to put things back exactly as we asked, moving things around wherever we wanted until we were absolutely satisfied. Also, the paint job is truly outstanding! They did a wonderful job, and everything looks really nice now. Our CertaPro salesman was also extremely nice and professional, and answered all of my questions promptly, even when I e-mailed him on weekends with questions. He also bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. We are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with CertaPro, and will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.

They did an excellent job overall. Started on time and finished in 6 days on schedule. One of the paints selected looked different than the sample and CertaPro worked with us and procured another color that was closer to what we wanted.

Even though you were not in our territory (as a franchise we have certain areas we cover) we DID come out to your house to review what you wanted to do. Upon our arrival you had another painting company working in your home. The CertaPro representative who came to your home explained that we cannot work around another painting company, and that it would probably be better and less expensive for you to have your existing painting company do the job for you. Our goal is to provide the best service possible to our customers and that is what we were trying to do for you. So we came out to your home and arrived on time, provided you with an assessment of your needs and suggested the best way for you to take care of your needs with your existing painters. I requested a quote for a small job including patching 3 holes and painting a bedroom.  The quote of $1,000 seemed rich but Peter pointed to the size of the room and the wall repair work.  they had done a job for me before so i hired them.  turns out that the job was done in 7 hours (the work was ok).  one painter, 7 hours, $1k.  Doesn't make sense to me and i asked for a better price.  Peter refused and pointed to the signed proposal.  So I told him i'll pay him but its the last job he does for me.  I wouldn't hire these guys.

The painting was great. He cleaned up prett good, but still found a number of small paint spots on hard wood floor. There were drop clothes on the floor so I do not understand why I found so many. May use again.

It went well from start to finish.  We received a very detailed estimate complete with pictures and special notes that we had requested.  The painters were respectful, cleaned up after each day, did a careful and beautiful job, completely cleaned up at the end and put everything back just as they found it.  
After they left, there was a problem with my front door.  It wouldn't close all the way, even though the painters had not removed any hardware.  I was there and had watched the door get painted.  The owner came over after hours and personally and helped me with the door and offered to send his carpenter over if the issue did not resolve.  He went above and beyond.

The man came on time, prepped the family room walls then  painted the room, nine window frames and a french door frame. He never stopped working. Didn't even stop for lunch. The one problem is that I gave them colors for Lowe's paints, and they used what they called Benjamin Moore equivalents. The wall color was off, too light. So get Benjamin Moore paint samples before you start.

I've compared prices with 4 others from Angie's list and they were the most competitive on price.
As for the job, it went smoothly and they were timely and professional. The painting came out great. Would use again.

Called CertaPro after receiving one of their mailings and checking out their ratings on Angie's List.  Contacted Peter to schedule an estimate and to come up with an agreed upon price and start date. Marlen handled all the booking and scheduling details and she was a pleasure to deal with throughout the project.  She checked on the progress of the project each day and handled any questions we had. Wilson and his fellow painter were professional and very detail oriented. They first prepped the house by removing all the old loose paint through power washing and scraping. Once dry, they came back to cover up everything with plastic sheeting that need to be protected from the spray painting such as windows and doors and miscellaneous items like the light fixtures and security cameras. The paint was delivered directly to the house (Sherwin Williams) and the guys proceeded with the two coat spraying of our cedar shingles. After the main color was applied (dark gray), The front aluminum siding was coated in new white paint and then the trim, windows and doorways were painted (white). They made sure everything was clean and picked up at the site when they finished. In total it was a three day process. I did use the Angie's List coupon available for them also. Very pleasant company to do business with.

The owner was very responsive with an email PDF estimate provided the same day and the office staff is great. I initially was not thrilled with the quality of the painted cedar shake but perhaps my expectations were too high. The fascia and trim was fine. What impressed me the most was their quick response and return to repaint areas that had peeled from the 2 intervening harsh northeast winters ( a few months prior to my 2 year warranty ending)
