Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Overpriced I had a deeply disappointing experience with Poliero Appraisers. Not only did I have to wait far longer than expected for the appraisal report, but I was also blindsided with a demand to pay **\$500 more** than the originally contracted amount. We quickly cleared this up but still reflects the disorganization within. To make matters worse, the appraiser completely **ignored my rebuttal letter** regarding a questionable low valuation on a commercial listing. This lack of response put a deal ? and my relationship with my client ? at serious risk. I still haven't heard back to this day. In my opinion, this level of unprofessionalism and poor communication is unacceptable in such a critical part of the transaction process. I would not recommend Poliero Appraisers to anyone looking for reliable, transparent, or timely appraisal services.
