"Uncertain why this review was left? No problem with services was reported to us by customer. We guarantee our work and would have returned to correct any problems that he had with our work. Two young gentlemen arrived in a Sparkling Windows van to perform the duties agreed to by my sister and a man named Sean.  Sean was no where to be found, and the two gentlemen proceeded to begin their work.  It was very obvious when speaking to us that these gentlemen were under the influence of some sort of narcotic, what with their red, glassy eyes and carefree attitudes.  To go along with that, the van as well as their clothing smelled of cleaning product and a skunky smell still stuck out especially when they first rang the bell and stepped inside.  If I didn't know any better I would say they had smoked a joint prior to their arrival!  They introduced themselves as Bill and another shorter man with them whose name we did not get.  The job was performed, and everything was done well, but I would say to the employer that he should certainly be more selective in his hiring process, as not every person is well and able to perform the duties required, PROFESSIONALLY.  The work was not bad whatsoever, but the professionalism was near nonexistent.  If you want to deal with a more professional cleaning company I would look elsewhere.

Please take note that this customer wrote an identical review for a different address that was apparently completed on the same day (both completed over a year ago... if i was this upset i would not wait over a year to write a review!) Note: If two young men appeared at my front door that presented ANY signs of drug use I would not allow them to enter my home and a prompt call would be made to the company to address the issue. I certainly wouldn't give a " B " as an overall rating?? Review simply doesn't make any sense. Additionally, the angies list member mentions the van smelling skunky? No customer has ever been inside our vehicles and we use cleaning products so its just logical for the crew to smell of cleaning products?? Wonderful experience start to finish. Sean is very responsive. His team arrive on time on date of appointment. They took off their shoes which I very much appreciated. Everything looks fantastic! I don't remember our windows and especially the mirror have ever been this sparkly! Pricing was very reasonable and they even cleaned my ceiling fan for free. Thank you so much!

Service on the phone was excellent !!!   on Day of cleaning there was a prompt arrival,  got to work quickly, did a good job all over except basement windows.  Seemed stumped by small windows and their screens being stuck.  I would use again, but I will be more assertive about asking them to be prepared to do the basement door and little windows, as well as a deep clean on the sills.

"We appreciate this review. However, basement windows were not calculated in customer quote and were not charged for.The crew leader did the best he could to do as the customer requested but cannot be expected to force and potentially damage screens if they are not properly functioning/ not easily removed. We guarantee 80% improvement with sill cleaning per our written quote. "Q-tip" service is available at an additional cost but we have not yet come across a customer who wants to pay more for sill cleaning than the cost of window cleaning itself. I emailed the company on a Sunday to give my information and asked to be contacted the following week.  They called back on a Sunday and scheduled a day they would look at job and leave an estimate.  They came by looked at job and left estimate on the porch.  The estimate was acceptable to my self and my wife and we scheduled the work to be done.  
 They did high quality work and did it in a professional manner.
I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service that Sparkling Windows provided and I would use them in the future, as well as, recommend them to others.  The company was very responsive from my initial call through to today's service.  I called a few Saturday's back and that very day Sean came out to give me an estimate.  From there I made an appointment and had the service completed today.  The windows and screens were very dirty from the prior home owner, but Nick and Sean were able to clean them right up (including the very dirty windowsills!).  The price was very reasonable and the overall experience was great.

The owner and his son arrived on time and worked steadily (less than an hour) until the work was complete.  Our windows are truly sparkling.  We used this same company once before and were so entirely pleased with their work and with their friendly and professional attitude that we employed them again.  You can't go wrong with Sparkling Windows.

Sparkling Windows responded within 24 hours to my request for an estimate.  They showed up within 24 hours and provided an immediate estimate.  We quickly set up a date.  The crew arrived on time and were courteous when they arrived describing how they would do the job.  I asked the crew if they would move anything on the inside of the house since we wouldn't be able to do that, and they said they would.  The crew removed the screens first and cleaned them, then left them to dry while they cleaned the outside of the windows first, then the inside.  While they were at my house, I went down to the basement to do laundry and noticed that another vendor who was powerwashing the day before had blown dirt and mud on the basement windows.  I did not ask Sparkling Windows to clean the basement windows because they are difficult to reach.  The crew agreed to do whatever they could to get some of the dirt and mulch off the basement windows.  I told them to let me know how much it would cost.
When the job was finished, the lead person handed me the bill for the original quote.  I thought they forgot about the basement windows, and I realized they probably had to get to their next assignment.  When I went down to the basement, I noticed I could see through the basement windows, and the grime and mulch was gone.  Obvoiusly, they weren't sparkling because they didn't clean the inside, but they certainly looked better than before.  That is real customer service, something that is so lacking these days.
The entire experience with Sparkling Windows was great from start to finish, and I would recommend them to anyone and use them again myself in the future.

I called and Sean came out and gave me an estimate.  We had to schedule and reschedule three times because of inclement weather.  We finally had a sunny day; two people came to clean the windows and vacuum the tracks.  They were very prompt, professional and efficient.  The windows look very clean.  I would definitely use this company again.

Everything went extremely well. They worked very hard, were very careful, carefully cleaned up before leaving, brought in all their own equipment, asked if everything was satisfactory. I definitely would recommend them and use them again. They completed all the work in just under two hours.
