The issue occurred on a Sunday and they were at my house within 4 hours and do not charge extra for emergency or weekend service calls! I could not get in touch with local plumbers or in some cases they would not come until Monday. The service man was very professional, fixed the problem and ran a camera scope to show me that the clog had been cleared.

The job went well and was completed in a little over an hour. Got to see video of the pipes back to the house and out to the nearby manhole. Six months later and pipes are clog free.

It went great!   the phone number on Angie's List is incorrect, go to Mr. Rooter website for the phone number.  We called the Mr. Rooter website phone number at 5:30 p.m. when I saw they were open until 7 p.m. The office manager answered promptly and told us the serviceman could be at our house around 8 pm, and that he would call to confirm.   To our pleasant surprise the serviceman/plumber called to say he was on his way to our house from his prior job at 7:45 pm.  He arrived exactly when he said he would, went over all the possibilities it would take to solve the issue and the prices associated with each solution.  After about 1/2 hour the toilet was working again.  No pressure upsell sale or create other issues.  Serviceman was funny and pleasant.  Very very pleased!!  thank you!

I cannot give Mr. Rooter or Jim higher marks. They came on the same day that we called with a leaking sink and quickly diagnosed the problem. We'll never use any other plumber. A+

Randy the technician came out on a Sunday afternoon when our main sewage line backed up.
He cleared tree roots- that we suspected. and a rag that we knew of (flushed accidentally that day)- cleared out our basement sinks then checked other sinks and toilet before leaving.
We just bought and renovated a 1930's house and had noticed all the drains were slow before the rag was flushed.. Not so now.
He was very professional, careful and worked through every other potential issue so we could enjoy the rest of our Sunday. Work came with 1 year warrantee with 1 more main drain cleaning if we have another issue.
$99 Sunday fee- which is pretty standard. Worth it to have a flushing toilet and no sewage in our basement!!
Would call again- highly recommend.

We had an issue with our main sewer stack/line backing up. They came out on Saturday late in the day. The Technician Sean listened to the problem I was having and provided a written estimate prior to starting the work. He looked for an outside clean out but since our neighborhood is a little older, our house didn't have one. He opened in inside clean out and ran the snake as far as he could clearing the blockage which ending up being just paper/wipes. He mentioned that he wouldn't be able to run the camera and would have to come back the next day as it was already late in the day and he was on call overnight. It turned out that his next appointment cancelled and he stayed and ran the camera down our pipe after all. He provided excellent information all along the way as to what we were seeing and helped us locate the sewer line outside of our house. He also answered some questions I had about replacing my hot water heater that was obviously unrelated to the service call. Best $300 I have ever spent for peace of mind and one year warranty or one additional cleanout.

They are on time and they are neat. They tell you what the price is going to be upfront and they do great work.

The pipes were originally installed peculiar. They redid the piping within a couple of day and it turned out good. They came to do the work almost immediately.

It did take a couple of visits but it worked out fine.

I disliked the price. They were on time. They did something they didn't need to do. I would use them again but only if I knew ahead of time what I needed to do. They came out the same day. It was just that they were the wrong plumber for the job. It is a national chain and I've used them before in another state. It was a judgment call and the guy that came out used poor judgment.

I personally was not home at the time, my 45 year old son was. It took the gentleman approximately 1 1/2 hrs to clear the clog. My son said the Mr. Rooter plumber was professional to a point but did have a somewhat of condescending attitude stating he should have been told that Draino was used prior trying to remove clog (although he didn't ask before he started cutting the drain pipe out side and was curt with his attitude.

They're very friendly people and are very professional. They do great work and use high quality materials. They also show up on time and are very responsive.

From the first phone call, Mr. Rooter takes care of their customers. Randy was prompt, efficient and very professional. A really nice guy. Trap was replaced in under an hour. I now have a plumber for future needs.

They were prompt in replying to my problem. They did a good enough job; if I had to, I would call them again. The price was reasonable and about average. I would rate them highly.

We had 2-4" of sewer water in the basement due to roots growing into the pipe. We had been away and have a heavy work schedule but we worked out the Friday when he would come and we would be there-- he was right on time, very nice, cleaned out the basement drain and gave pointers on how not to have it happen again. And then the rug cleaner people came and we were completely okay again by a few days after that. I'm afraid I'm not much help because I don't remember how much it cost-- maybe around $800? But in our panic it was certainly worth it. And the man was incredibly courteous, nice, professional, etc.

Excellent service from phone calls to estimates to completed job and claen-up--plus very courteous--all by 5 men withing one day. i would recommend to anyone.
