No problems with installation. Left lawn as they found it. Have been very responsive for annual servicing.

Andy has previously serviced my parent's residential irrigation system. Owing to the long standing relationship, I chose Andy to install my new home's irrigation system. It was only after several phone calls on my part, that I was able to get a response back from Andy. After the installation and final payment, Andy was impossible to contact via either cell or published business numbers for after sales service (repositioning several heads). From someone that's running a business, get back to your customers! Or, you'll get a scathing, candid review on angie's list...

They came out on time to winterize my home about 3 weeks ago.  They completed  3 zones but were unable to do the 4th zone.  The workers told me that they would report it back to the owner and that the owner would be in touch soon. They told me this service is performed  until the end of Nov. No one ever called me to resolve the problem. I called them four times over the past 3 weeks and left messages on the answering system.  I am now scurrying to get someone else to come out- if not - this will be expensive to fix in the spring if the pipes break.
I am not sure how hard it is to call back a customer over a 3 week period but obviously its pretty tough.
The service was 60.00.  They did not collect the money that day and said I will pay when the service is complete (very fair) but I do not believe they will call me back anytime soon so I will pursue another solution.

Andy is very good at getting in contact with you just as the weather gets colder and its time to get the sprinklers blown out. He is always on time and has no problem giving advice on anything if you ask. I had a couple of sprinkler heads to change and he offered to do it but told me it might be as easy for me to do it saving me money.

I have used Moore Irrigation to maintain my home sprinkler system since 2006. Andy Moore and his team are professional, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. They take time to answer questions and provide recommendations if you need it. They are also well-priced and accommodating when making appointments.

Went well. Completed in a day. Answered questions. Will return at the end of the season to winterize system.
