Ignored all my attempts (calls, certified letter) to receive refund. Awful customer service..

We used this provider last fall and were so pleased we went back. In fact Carl told me to get touch up paint and bring the vehicle by any time & he would touch up a small ding that was on my car when I brought it in to him  Carll & Carol are wonderful.  I dropped off my Chevy Volt on Sunday afternoon.  As usually Carl walked me around to point out any dings or scratches.  There was a ding and I had my touch up paint with me.  On Monday afternoon Carl called to say the Volt was done.  Boy did it look gorgeous!  He then walked around the Subaru Forrester with my sister to point out any scratches or dings and he found one or two and took the touch up paint from her.  This afternoon he called to say the Subaru was ready, when we got there he said due to the rain (it was pouring) they didn't do the touch up but the next time the weather is dry to stop by and he'll take care of it.  Even in the rain the car looked like it just cam out of the showroom.  Inside and out it sparkled.  Carl also told us if we get tree sap on the car(s) to bring them in & he'll remove it without damaging the finish.  We already made appointments to bring both vehicles in again in March.

Every time I called for an appointment, he told me he was booked for the next three or four months and would schedule me when someone cancelled.
Last time I called in September, he told me he was booked through December.
I believe he needed money and has no intention of honoring his commitment. 
I will not call him again, but I am writing to everyone I know detailing my experience.
Basically, I paid for services that were not performed, but are normally performed at provider's location

It did not happen at all. I have called relentlessly and have not received any response from the business. I am pretty sure they stole $40 from me. Don't ever go to this place.

The owners were very easy to set up a date to have my car detailed. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by 4pm. When I dropped it off the man told me that it would cost $35 extra to clean my leather seats. I thought that was strange as a detail job usually includes a complete cleaning of the car. I agreed because it was a gift and I thought maybe the deal didn't include that?? (The buyer was disappointed that I had to pay extra for it when I told her).
When I picked up the car it was clean and shiny but nothing more than what I could have gotten at the local car wash. I have rubber floor mats and they were vacuumed but not washed clean.
I have had cars detailed before and I have never received this poor of a job. Needless to say, I would not recommend them nor ever go back.

Carl was wonderful. He was able not only to restore my car to shrowroom condition, he also removed a dent and it is impossible to see where it was. He was extremely accomoddating and kept the car overnight in a protected bay as I was not able to pick it up the same day of setrvice. Would definelty recomend and plan on using again.

From the minute I called to get an appointment set up with these folks it was nothing more than a pleasure. They did a phenomenal job; I drive a 2009 Corvette and I don't think the car was washed since last year and it was dirty. It is a black car and it shows every piece of dirt. When I went to pick up the car 2-/12 to 3 hours later it looked like it had just come out of the dealer's showroom. The inside was clean; it smelled nice; they did not miss a single spot on the car. I am so glad I ended up going to these folks. It is a really nice couple who keep an immaculate, clean place. They have been here for 17 years and I give them a recommendation of the highest order. Do not hesitate if you are checking this out on Angie's List I can tell you I am a stickler and I let everybody know I am doing a report on them. These guys came through with flying colors; you got a good company there.
