I use Budget Cleaning LLC every a couple of weeks for 2 years. The biggest thing I like is the professionalism and good communication. I believe they have a fair and competitive price.

I can't say enough about Budget Cleaning!!! I was moving into a new home(hadnt had a home for over 11 years), alot needed to be done and needless to say I was overwhelmed!! The BEST money that my fiance' and I spent was on Budget Cleaning!! Shawnmarie, and her staff were prompt, courteous, consideratate, and went wayyyyyyyy out of their way to make sure I was happy and my home was clean!!! That was so much more important to me than painting, carpeting, and all the other things you may or may not have to do when you first move in!! The peace of mind that this company gave me, their kindness, and the time they took in each individual room was so impressive!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend to EVERYONE i know! You will not be sorry, or worry about something not getting done or neglected or do it the way "you" would do it!! You can be assured that this is the case with Budget Cleaning, and the BEST thing was if you forgot to say something, or mention an area in a room, they already were on it, and they made the effort to come to me to make me aware of it, and asked if I wanted it worked on. Not just to assume, or just to neglect it(I didnt ask, who cares right??). Well, this company does! A+++++++++++++++ with everyting!! Thank you Angie's list, and thank you Budget Cleaning!!!

We highly recommend Budget Cleaning, LLC! We found her on Angie's List. We needed to get the ceramic tile in our foyer, main bathroom and master bathroom cleaned, so we had Shawnmarie come out and give us an estimate. She was prompt and very professional, not pushy at all. She informed us how long the cleaning would take, what was involved and the price. We scheduled an appointment for her to come out. When she came out, she brought an associate and they immediately started working. They were on time, very professional and quite friendly. Shawnmarie explained what they were doing every step of the way, warning us that the smell might be a little bothersome and to try not to walk on the tile for a few hours. We can tell that Shawnmarie takes pride in her work. She was meticulous. The floors looked perfect once she was done. Not only that, but she took the time to talk to us about caring for and cleaning our hardwood floors (without paying her $40/hour to do it!). Plus, she was very kind and took time out to pet our four very curious cats. We highly recommend Shawnmarie and her company, Budget Cleaning, LLC to anyone and we plan on using her again for future work.

Am preparing home for sale. Needed very good cleaning & dusting to prepare house for potential buyers. The company representative listened and took notes about what neede ti be done and was aware that the house was being readied for sale. She did everything that was asked and more. The house never looked better than it did after it was cleaned. She did an effective and efficient job. The amount charged was normal for the size of the house. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing cleaning services either residential or commercial.

I will try not to gush and stick to the facts: * arrived promptly at 9am * communicative and consideratate * cleaned our floors to the point where we didn't even recognize the original floor color * incredibly thorough * pricing was extremely competitive. Shawnmarie and Ken were working intensely for over seven hours and the results were tremendous We were beyond pleased. I pulled my wife aside and simultaneously we both noted how diligent, thorough and hard working the Budget team was. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
