"Good Morning [Consumer Name Removed], When we spoke, we agreed to a refund, but you left out all the other details discussed to make us look bad. First you did not speak to Paul you spoke with me, Craig. If you are going to write a negative review you need to at least be accurate in the details. You were clearly quoted up front after the diagnosis of 249.00 plus tax. Labor was 165.00 and the part 84.00. The part needed to be ordered and the repair required a 2nd trip. To say that the cost is outrageous is unfair and uninformed. What do you think the cost to have people answer your phone call and have a truck dispatched to your home TWICE? I am sure you charge for your time when you are working. On 1/18 the new part was installed. 9 days after the part was installed, on 1/27, you called and said your frig was warm again. You and I spoke at length on that day. Your non-garage ready refrigerator sits in and uninsulated, unheated garage. That was exactly the time when we had extremely low temps for approx 2 weeks. I told you if the ambient temp in the garage gets low enough, it will trick the thermostat into thinking its at temp and will not run. That is not uncommon when temps are so extreme in the winter months. You then went on to say that why did the tech not tell me that was a possibility. I told you we can not discuss every eventually. You then became rude and started to bash my company. You have zero knowledge of refrigeration. I told you at that point I did not want your business and I would make you a refund. On 1/28 you called and said you wanted your old part back. Old, broken parts are not kept and it was tossed. You then said well, if you can't get the old one back then we can't have the new one. A check was prepared to be sent and you did not want to wait to see if the unit would work after it warmed up. On 1/31 we got notice that you disputed the full amount with your credit card company. Why would I send you a check at that point? You are not being honest in your review. Furthermore I would guess you still have the frig and after it warmed up it worked again. Additionally you have gone on more than one forum to share your review. I hope that makes you feel good. Have a great day."
"We have not worked with you in almost a year. You were told we no longer service your address. You were also told it would be passed to a supervisor, reviewed, and you would be followed up with. That never happened because the 1 star reviews started to come across immediately. To say we broke you appliance, after you called us is a joke. You are way out of line and are just making stuff up. The fact that you are going every and anywhere to trash us, shows exactly who you are. You are angry simply because we don't want to work with you, not because of any other reason."
