Advanced Realtor was an excellent choice. Both Matt and Hakan made themselves personally available from the beginning to the end of the process. I was especially pleased that they were there not just for the initial meeting, but during the entire process. When the buyer had his inspection there were minor items. Despite this, they were there to see if I needed assistance with minor repairs or advice on how to proceed. They are very experienced and both of them were very patient. Selling your home is not an easy task especially if you have been there for awhile. I was vary particular about potential buyers not making a mess of my house. They made sure people were aware of this before they entered. Matt personally came over after to make sure my lights were shut off etc. This was a nice personal touch, The one thing that buyers do not understand is the cost of selling your home. This agency takes a significant reduction in the fees associated with selling your home automatically. This literally saved me thousands of dollars. It's actually quite simple. Advanced Real Estate does EXACTLY the same as any other real estate agent, but they do not charge you the same. They automatically reduce their fees. It's a no brainier to hire them. You will be happy especially in the end when your check from the buyer shows a few thousand dollars more to YOU.
