buyer be ware!!! when frank first came to home and gave an estimate i sensed no problem and after reciving several estimates decided to go with him. gave him a deposit and work was to begin on a monday and take two days posibly 3 to finish max. day 1 he and his brother or in law not sure were 3 hr late, the supply company show up 2 hr before him and left all the equiment piled on my lawn which i had to help unload and move what i could inside. his mother called me to tell me he was sick and could not talk (around the philly phlyer play offs) and may have to re scedual. i told here i was taking vaction time to get this done and we had a agreed time line she call back later and said he would be there late. they arived and began to work a couple of hours and then took a hour lunch and worked until 6pm returned next day by 9 and worked to 6:30. and the job was about 60% complete but no working ac and my out side light was out ever since the were in my breaker box messing around. i returned to work day 3 and they apparently came over while i was not here and worked out side. this was a wensday. saturday they came back to finish inside and after 12:00 were done. as we went over the completed job i question the soon to be problem and pointed it out and he said that it would be fine. because it woulde be at least 2 weeks before i could request a vacation day off( a concept most employer require) i ended up fixing there mistake my self. they routed the drain hose up in several places and i guess water dosnt run up hill
