"First, I would like to thank you for your business and I apologize that you were not happy with our service. We have been in business over a decade and as you can see from other reviews, we care about our customers and our company's reputation. We feel we have done all we can for you and feel like you were just looking for a free service. On your initial call, we noted in our system you had difficulty breathing and have been to Urgent Care. The reason we note this is so we can take extra precautions during our cleaning process. The service was completed on 9-24-15 and the date on the invoice was written incorrectly; this is the only mistake, in which we will accept responsibility. We did tell you about the error on one of your numerous calls to our office. I would like to point out we do not use a contract. Our invoices are signed after the service is complete and you are 100% satisfied. When you called in and complained about the service we offered to have a technician come out and re-inspect the work. We did as promised and sent another crew out to inspect the ductwork. While there, they inspected the ductwork and showed you there was nothing inside in which you agreed. I referred you to NADCA standards 5.0 overview: All components within the project scope shall achieve, at minimum, the level of visibly clean or the specified method of cleanliness verification. Another area that you are questioning about the flexible ductwork - I refer you to NADCA standards section 4.2.12: Service opening shall not be made in flexible ductwork-which we didn’t do. During our next conversation, we recommended indoor air testing. We did say the cost of the service is expensive and agreed to cover the cost if there was any wrongdoing on our part. You asked where you can find a company to provide the service. We said we can provide a company or you can choose one as long as they were an industry certified Industrial Hygienist. We stated we would like to know beforehand which company you were going to choose in order to confirm their expertise. We did state you would have to cover the cost unless there was wrongdoing on our part. We feel we have done nothing wrong, therefore we feel no need for indoor air testing. We know this job was completed to NADCA standards. We refuse to offer any type of reimbursement to you, which is what we feel you are solely after, beings we did everything to rectify the situation."
