My brand new dryer wasn't working properly wasn't sure if it was the dryer or something blocking the vent. I had an appt for service with Sears but they said if it's not the dryer the warrant won't cover any other cause so I called Pure Aire also to check vents.Turned out the vent to roof was clogged, they quickly cleaned it out and I was able to cancel the service call. Dryer working perfectly now. They told me dryer vents should be cleaned yearly. I just moved into this home so I'm sure the previous owners never had it cleaned. My daughter will be setting up time with them soon as well.

Everything was explained and agreed.  I needed to replace the hose from the dryer to the wall since mine was crushed and blocking the lint from exiting the room.  I also had the guard added since mine was broken.  All work was done as requested.

It took most of a day. My dryer vent is under my deck and the technicians had to crawl under there to get to the outside vent. They did and replaced the lattice work when they were finished.

They arrived on time. I reviewed my concerns about our ducts with them, and they took me through all the steps that were needed. I knew it would cost more because we had a problem besides the regular cleaning job, but they explained my options and the price before they did the extra needed work. They obviously knew what they were doing.

From the minute they walk through the door they are selling.  They come for a set price if the unit is in attic or crawl space extra. If you want disinfectant to get rid of possible problems extra.  If you want to kill the mold extra.  Whatever you are quoted plan on paying double or triple.
