Like I said above. It was professional, friendly, clean & very satisfactory

I called Pure Air based on their reviews on Angie's List and the deal they were running for air duct cleaning.  The company called and asked to come early on the scheduled date.  The technicians were very polite and professional.  I asked a lot of questions during the service and the techs were more than happy to answer them all.  The techs also showed me the before and after results of the main trunk cleanings.  The results were good.  The techs cleaned everything as contracted.  The only drawbacks, a couple of the vent covers were not cleaned.  They use only forced air to clean the covers.  This is not enough to get the dirt off.  The tech also recommended an air freshener that is placed inside the main trunk line.  The air freshener was a waste of money.  I wouldn't get that again.  Overall the cleaning has resulted in noticable improvements in air quality and a lot less dust throughout the house.  I will definitely use this company again.

We were very pleased with the contractor in every way. We were well informed of his procedures in doing the work prior to his starting the job. His estimated time to complete the job was accurate and he and his employees were polite and careful.

I originally contracted another vent cleaning company to do the work. After finding out that they were going to nickle and dime me to death, causing their advertised price to go far beyond what it was listed for,  I decided to use Pure Aire. Their flat fee included everything even though they were a bit more money. The first company (a service mark of a very well known department store) was difficult to get in touch with, argumentative about pricing and I found the owner's attitude to me to be distasteful. They even charged $10 for a fuel surcharge.  (Seriously, gas is not $5 a gallon anymore.)  Pure Aire returned my call within the day and made the appointment for the following day. The guys that came were professional and treated my home with respect. They took 2 hours to complete the work and I am completely satisfied. In this case I got what I paid for. Clean air ducts and professional respectful servicemen. It was worth the extra money to forego the aggravation of the "lesser price" brand name people and a rude owner.

Upon moving into our home my husband and I both got ill from the dirty ducts in our home.    We came to Angies List to find a company that would come to clean them after coming up empty asking friends and family for a reference.   Amazingly, not many people get their ducts cleaned.   Pure Aire was very professional from the initial phone call to set up the appointment until they made a follow up call a week later to verify we were happy with our service.    They were very willing to work with us to schedule a time to come out that would work for both of us.  The crew came through and did their job in just a few hours as expected.   They explained to my husband the duct system we had and the issues we can expects in the future and how to keep on top of it.  I would recommend them to anyone looking to breath a little easier in their home.     The only reason I didn't give an "excellent" on quality was simply because we could not 100% verify how the ducts looks past first foot or so from the grate and it's too soon after having the cleaning done to know more. 

overall my experience was an A and im going to get the work done again in a couple of years.

That turned out fine. I don?t have any real way of judging that other than that last year at this time I had an all new furnace and duct work put in. The old duct work, which was over 50 years old, seemed to be clean, so they must have done their job the last time. The price seemed to be quite reasonable. The never called to follow up.

They were wonderful. One guy in particular, Vincent, was extremely courteous and caring about my home. He put air fresheners in. He took vents out of the house to scrub them. They did the same thing with the dryer vent, going onto the roof to make sure it was cleaned all of the way through. I haven?t had to dust my house in about 6 weeks. I live in an older development and I don?t think they had been cleaned since being built. My AC system is cooling faster. I have recommended them to other people.

It turned out very well. It was very satisfied. They didn?t replace 5 of the vents that cover up the hole in the ceiling. The pure air was fine. I am glad I did it.
