They had to remove 2 pieces of the unusable air conditioner and carry the heavy replacement up the pull down steps to our attic. It was a 2 day job during the hottest week we've had so far this year.  You don't realize how hot it is until the air conditioner breaks. We have a senior citizen and 2 babies so it was crucial that we get it done ASAP. Thank you Mike and Trevor for all your hard work.

The same day my central AC unit broke down and after many unanswered calls or messages to other providers in the area, Mountain air & heating responded and came and fixed my AC unit that very same day,
Needless to say when compared to so many other providers we have tried to get to come over concerning simple estimates about other work we needed to have done (whom still have not responded for weeks now),
Mountain air came through big time and I for one will be using them in the future all the time, very professionsl and we appreaced the quality and for living up to their word as advertised on their website

Ed was quick to phone back, pleasant to talk to...guessed the problem before he even came (he was right!) and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. Great service with a smile...highly recommend.

Ed and his team did a  fantastic job installing a top of the line heater quickly and professionally. Plus the heater saves us a bunch of money on our gas bill because of it's efficiency! I'll definitely be using Mountain for all my heating & cooling needs!

My heat pump/HVAC unit wasn't working well and not able to keep up the temperature even during the mild cold.  The problems were sporadic, intermittent, and bizarre.  It was all over the place. For example, the unit would be off yet the air would still blow, the thermostat would show that it was heating / blowing air yet there would not be any air blowing. The auxiliary heat would kick on even when set at room temp, the thermostat temp would suddenly drop 4 degrees, and it just wasn't able to heat above 64 degrees.  

A problem with one part caused other parts to malfunction; caused the computer board to give false readings and codes that didn't exists, which eventually caused the board to fail and the heat strips to burn up. 

I called Ed with Mountain Air because I have had him work on our systems for the past couple of years and I knew he had the experience to handle this issue. Ed worked diligently and made numerous trips, spending many hours here to make sure this unit was repaired. He really went to work for us with the supplier and manufacturer to make sure they honored the warranty (because of some errors from the house's previous owners, they were pushing back on honoring the warranty.)  Because of his efforts, not only is the system now working as it should, keeping everyone warm, but he also saved us a lot of money. 

Ed and his company, Mountain Air, is very honest and trustworthy.  They are hard working, they never give up and they keep their customers best interest in mind.  I've used Ed since we moved to this area a couple of years ago and I will continue to do so for any of our HVAC needs.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
