They've always been very helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I would like but because they are located right across the mall from Cumberland Mall, they are next door to Home Depot and Ragal Cinema. If you plan on making an appointment after the mall or Home Depot, etc, sometimes what I like to do is occupy myself with other shopping while they are working on the car. Once I went there, I was having trouble with my tire, the guy was able to do something real quick and fixed it in a matter of seconds and didn't even charge me. Another time, one of my rear tail lights was out and he was able to replace the bulb real quick and just charged me $5. I like the fact he tries coordinating the scheduled work so he can help other people on the spot.
