Excellent. Very professional and courteous. They called when they said they would to let us know how it was going, and had to order additional parts, so it took a day longer than originally expected. They were extremely apologetic but had explained prior to service that this was a possibility, because they wouldn't know about some things until it was apart. Quite frankly, we expected it, so it was no problem.

It went great as I expected. Bill and his crew are excellent and I would not take my car anywhere else. Bill explains in detail what your car needs and all the approximate pricing before he works on it. An honest auto repair place.......can you believe it!!??
