This firm should stick with industrial work only as they are unequipped to handle a residential job. We contacted Beyond Painting two years ago along with a few local painting contractors for job estimates for the repainting of the interior of our home along with the exterior trim.
We let our pocketbook dominate in the decision making process & it turned out to be a mistake. BP promised a 4 man crew most days but normally only 2 guys showed resulting in a job that took twice as long as promised. The finished painting work was not the quality we had hoped for and the company's general business attitude was unprofessional.
BP also failed to leave us any residual paint for touch-ups but eventually supplied same upon our repeated requests.
Just recently I phoned BP wanting to confirm the trim paint utilized in our home as I was about to undertake some touch-up work but we never received a return phone call. They got paid, their customer responsibilities were terminated so why bother with any response?
BP should stick to industrial/commercial lobs as the wall & ceiling repair work they did i.e. nail pops, trim repair, caulking etc was satisfactory.
Needless to say, we were disappointed in BP's job performance, customer relations & follow-up and cannot recommend this firm for any residential painting assignments. In light of today's economic realities service providers like BP need to keep in mind that the consumer has CHOICES and that said consumers utilize sites such as Angie's List in solidifying those choices.
