This was one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. Work hours seemed to start around 10:00AM and end at 2:00PM so project took months to complete. When complete, the work was terrible, our property was damaged with no resolution, and company representatives were rude to deal with.

Everything was perfect and the final result was a magical transformation of a teenager's room that was so easy for me because Doug did all the hard work. What is special about Doug is he researched a unique wall-covering product I wanted to use by an overseas Etsy seller.  He communicated with the Etsy seller to make sure we ordered the right amount and learned exactly how to install the product.  I felt totally confident in Doug's ability to figure it all out and make it happen.   

Customer service was impeccable.  Doug and his team were  prompt, respectful and extremely clean.

Because we had worked with him once before, there was no reason to call anyone other than Doug, even if there was a thought that prices might be a bit lower.  He is a fastidious worker (the man cleaned up better than we do!), and always on time and the wallpaper (which he picked up, saving us the trouble) has been hung beautifully.  Doug is pleasant, professional and totally trustworthy; we thought nothing of leaving him alone in the house knowing there would be no problems at all.  He worked around the -- shall we call it? -- somewhat flexible scheduling of our flooring contractor without complaint.  Unlike other contractors we have used in the past, every telephone call to him was answered promptly.  Again, after working with him once, there was no reason to call anyone else nor will there be.
