The crew arrived on time. Each member was very professional and ready to work. All furniture was moved with care.

The three gentlemen crew? Mister, Shea, Izeaha (I sure I botched their names, I apologize) that came to move my dad, take stuff to my house, and to the AL facility, were very polite, professional, courteous. I would recommend Ron’s Moving company. I will use them again if the need arises. Thank you guys.

I cannot put words in how thankful I am for Ron’s Moving. Their level of professionalism was some of the best I’ve ever experienced with any business whatsoever. They arrived on time. They were very friendly. They also handled a non-traditional job (moving a library worth of books from one library to another). I can only provide the highest rating for them. I highly recommend working with Ron’s Moving. FYI Jerry and Troy are the best!!!

It was good.

So we had to get a U Haul truck. They took 10 hours to move me 10 miles. So I had to pay overtime. They broke a leg on the couch and said I had to pay for the U Haul because the truck was to small and it would have needed a bigger truck.

I had NO reason to be nervous. Every item moved, was moved without a scratch. Very professional, very  personal. The best moving company I have ever hired. They made the job look easy. Actually, with the interaction between the movers, my brother, and I, the two hour move went very quickly and it was fun!. I have already passed out all of their business cards I had.
Would I use & recommend this company ....... YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

They responded to my internet query; a representative came to the house, looked at everything to be moved and gave me an estimate on the spot.  Three very polite, very strong and careful men showed up at exactly the time promised and did their job most efficiently.  They knew how to angle around all the corners in my home and safely moved everything to the truck. When we arrived at the apartment, they politely negotiated with the Allied Van Lines truck that was still unloading, way over the time they had alloted into our reservation for the freight elevator, promptly got the elevator and very efficiently moved furniture up to the floor and down a long corridor to the apartment.  Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and everything was put back together with no damage at all -- they were very strong and were able to move things we couldn't even lift, and put the headboard on the bed tighter than we had it.  I have moved many times and these guys were definitely one of the best.

There isn?t a single piece of furniture that wasn?t damaged. None of the furniture was protected during the move. I took him to court and through the court's mediation, he was going to replace a hutch that I purchased several years ago. He brought a piece of furniture to my home 6 weeks later with a hand written receipt that I did not feel comfortable accepting it without a legitimate receipt from a company.

I also attempted to get the hutch repaired and the man who was going to do the repairs said that he had repaired furniture that had been damaged by Ron's Moving for 4 other customers.

THIS COMPANY WAS IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE AND BROKE THINGS. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW ME AND THEN THEY JUST TOOK OFF ON THEIR OWN WITH MY POSSESSIONS SO I CALLED IN AND THEY WERE RUDE FROM THE DISPATCHER ALL THE WAY DOWN. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL.
