"Our results stand out when our clients are actively engaged in what happens. Thanks for caring and commenting."
"After reviewing through our files and customer callbacks, we showed that multiple calls were placed to follow up with you, messages left, with none of them returned. This is obviously a case of mis-communication and we are very sorry that we were unable to do business; despite both of us being interested in doing business together at the time. We apologize for the inconvenience. For over 30 years; our business has been built on superior customer service, quality workmanship, and take great pride in returning phone calls and responding to our customer's requests in a timely fashion."
