During the whole process I felt relaxed and confident that there would be no problems that we could not resolve.  Mike created a good working relationship between us and remained open to my input.  He was not defensive about any suggestions and I never felt any hostility.  I felt completely safe while they were on my property.  They stuck to the job they were doing and did not act inappropriately.  I went about my jobs of trimming or mowing or doing inside work and they did theirs.  They did not tramp over flowers or slam gates or lay their tools and belongings all over my gardens.  They were respectful to my neighbors but also did not divulge any business information that was between us.  They also did not (assume the right to) use my neighbors driveway to make their job easier.  My yard looks great and my neighbors have no complaints.  

Mike started mowing our lawn weekly in May 2010 and he's still doing it. It's a family business -- he and his son mow our lawn. He's dependable, trustworthy, and his prices are reasonable. Other companies weren't interested in our business because we don't have a huge lawn but Mike doesn't consider smallish lawns to be a liability. He shows up every week -- rain or shine -- and is a pleasure to work with!
