In my laundry room, the gray paint has smears of red paint on it. And the slop sink was ruined with paint; I couldn't clean it so I had to replace it. My red walls going up the stair case are all streaked and smeared. She accidentally painted a yellow wall that I wanted to remain yellow, red; therefore she had to prime and repaint the wall. In the laundry room, the washer and dryer were not moved. You could clearly see white when it should have been grey. She did not put two coats on doors or trim downstairs. I requested semi-gloss and she used latex enamel; she brought 8 gallons of what she said was semi-gloss; they were not semi-gloss, now I am stuck with 7 gallons of paint I cannot use. She never finished downstairs and did not even make it to the upstairs. She told me originally that it was a 2-3 day job and she would have 2-3 painters here to complete the work. At no time were there 2-3 painters in my home; and two weeks later, with only a quarter of the job done she asks me to pay her. I stated that the job wasn't finished and mentioned the mess they were making and she told her painters to pack up and they walked off the job. She left me with open paint cans, plastic over things and faceplates that were taken off and not replaced. She took me to small claims court and before we were to meet with the judge she left; so the case was thrown out. Now she is taking me back to small claims court a month and a half later.
