My tub faucet was leaking and he called and gave him the details. Came prepared and was fast and efficient. True professional.
The first time was my sump pump and he fully drained the crawl space and installed and new one that has been working great.
Very knowledgeable, clean cut, and truly knows his work.
Will use again for any plumbing needed and highly recommend.

Jim is great. He always returns phone calls (which is not always the case with plumbers, electricians, etc.) He is very neat and answers all questions in a professional manner. He genuinely seems to take an interest in answering questions. I will definitely have him back to do more work. My house has lots of old plumbing that needs to be replaced.

This is the second time we've used Jim Hartman/Certified Plumbing. The first time he ran a natural gas line for the kitchen and this time it was to replace the gas water heater that was beginning to leak. Both times the work done was excellent, timely, professional. Jim is a great guy to work with. I recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He is knowledgeable, friendly, willing to explain everything and you can trust his recommendations.

I needed a toilet repaired and the wife was breathing down my neck! I called several plumbers and none even called back. Jim called back,showed up on time that morning. Fast repair and some advice given on caring for my toilet's parts. Jim was very personable and didn't make me feel like a dummy for not knowing a basic repair i could have done myself to save some $$.
