BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE

We were very disgusted with the whole company. They left the place in a mess, they wrecked our both back doors and they were horrible. The salesmen called me and he was very rude, intimidating and he almost accused me. He was very rude. He also said that if I write a letter to Angie’s List then he would also write a letter. They broke both of our doors and left our place a holy mess. Our daughter had to come over and clean it. It was awful. They moved a washer dryer and lounger tub out into the garage. They moved back and the young man that I spoke to who was so rude he said they should not move them back. I said that they should have but he said that it was one of the things that should not have been moved. I am disgusted with the whole company. They came in and gave us an estimate. We had flooding in our basement when the hurricane came up the coast and our whole basement flooded. We decided to call somebody and look at it. The salesman that came and gave us an estimate was very nice. We had lot of plaster coming off the wall in the basement and they said that they would take care of that but they did not put that on the contract. So they didn’t do it. They told us that they would. The whole thing was horrible. We wouldn’t hire them again nor recommend them to anybody. The quality of work was good. Our son-in-law does something like this job and he said that they had done a good job with the waterproofing. Their responsiveness was terrible. I called them the next day to ask about the lounger and to put the washer in, the pipes were leaking, the dryer didn’t work and the laundry tub was all out instead of it being in the wall and that is still leaking but they never responded. They were on time and professionalism was very good. The workers that did the work were very good. I would never use them and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. They were also supposed to repair the steps as they had taken some things inside through the steps and broken it. We spend another $100 to repair it when they were supposed to do that.
