General Remodeling
There a few questions in the estimate that sounded a bit strange. The quote for the estimate came out to the same as I was given from my insurance company. I had to have a written quote from him to send to the insurance company to approve the work. I informed him not to send me a PDF file for the quote because I cannot print PDF files on my computer. The next day I received a PDF file with a quote on a pad a paper. The quote was not legible and my name was misspelled and my last name missing. I sent an email to his wife let him know and that I could not print out the quote in PDF form and the other issues and asked his wife to type out the quote in word and resend it. The wife did not respond. I then got a call the next day and was informed that they were not going to do the work and how dare I ask for a legible quote that I could print.
