My last 2 experiences with B&B landscaping have been less than satisfactory. I employed them to blow out a sprinkler system and they blew my back flow preventer apart damaging 1 week old siding. When I was told this happened I was given a shoulder shrug from Brian. The hole is still in the siding. He didn’t offer to repair the back flow preventer or offer any assistance even installing the part he damaged. He did give me a price to replace the whole item though. Then I contracted B&B in March 2020 to do a new paver front landing 3,500.00 they did a wonderful job but did not do the last step of sealing the pavers. I was told it was too cold. I contacted them in the spring and was told it’s too hot. They have not returned a single phone call to me in almost 2 years. I saw them down the street 2 weeks ago and Brian’s son actually knew about my steps not being completed before I finished the story. I was told Brian would call me immediately. He still hasn’t. This has been 2 1/2 years. They will be more than happy to take your money but they do not stand behind their work. I will not use them again.

They are good. They do a very thorough job. When it comes to that kind of thing you've got to think about safety with people coming onto the property, and they do a good job. They will come at ungodly hours to get us ready.
